These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My AI Singer desktop application ("the App") and the myaisinger.com website, both operated by Proads Media Inc ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
My AI Singer is a desktop application that helps you produce a lip-synced, multi-shot music video from a song you provide and an AI-generated singer. The App runs on your own computer and connects to third-party artificial-intelligence services (including fal.ai and, if you choose, Anthropic) using API keys that you supply.
The App does not include AI compute. You create your own account with fal.ai (and optionally Anthropic) and paste your API key into the App. All charges for AI image, audio, and video generation are billed to you directly by those providers at their rates. We do not set, collect, or control those charges, and we are not responsible for amounts billed by third-party providers. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for all usage under your keys.
You are solely responsible for the songs, images, likenesses, and other material you bring into the App and for the videos you produce. By using the App you represent and warrant that:
You own the videos you create with the App, subject to the rights of any underlying material and to the terms of the third-party AI providers whose services generated the output. We claim no ownership of your output.
The App is free to download and use. Videos exported with the free version include a small "made with myaisinger.com" watermark. This is a normal part of the free product, not a defect.
You may purchase a one-time license ("License Key") that removes the watermark from your exports, including videos you previously made. The License Key:
We may deactivate a License Key that was obtained through a chargeback, fraud, or a refunded order.
Because the License Key delivers its benefit immediately and irreversibly (your videos are rebuilt without the watermark on your own machine), an activated License Key is non-refundable.
If you have not activated your License Key, contact us within 7 days at support@myaisinger.com and we will refund your purchase minus a $12 payment-processing fee, which our payments provider retains and we cannot recover.
If the License Key does not work as described, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you in good faith, consistent with the policies of our payments provider and applicable consumer-protection law.
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the App's licensing or watermarking; not to redistribute the App as your own; and not to use the App to violate the terms of any third-party provider (including fal.ai and Anthropic).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output can be unpredictable; we do not warrant that output will meet your expectations or be free of errors. Third-party AI services may change, degrade, or become unavailable, which may affect the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proads Media Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or third-party API charges, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the License Key (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proads Media Inc from any claim arising out of the content you create or the material you use with the App, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
